We will deliver the trailer to your location. All you need is a valid driver’s license and insurance covering a trailer. (We offer rental insurance as low as $7/day if your insurance does not cover non-owned trailers)

  • Renting a trailer from our business is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our trailer inventory. Once you've selected the trailer that suits your needs, specify your desired rental period and provide the necessary information. We'll arrange for delivery to your specified address. You can also choose any additional accessories or equipment you might need for your towing requirements. When your rental period is complete, arrange for pickup, and we'll ensure it's properly maintained for the next renter.

  • We require all renters to show proof of insurance before taking a trailer. If your auto policy already covers trailer rentals, you’re good to go. If not, we’ve partnered with an insurance provider where you can purchase coverage for as little as $7/day. Simply buy it online, bring proof at pickup or delivery, and you’re covered.     - The last 6 of the VIN of the trailer you are renting which can be found in your reservation.

  • If you encounter any issues or damages to the rented trailer during your use, please notify us promptly. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to trailer damages. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.

  • Yes, you can extend the rental period for a trailer if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the trailer. Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing towing requirements.

  • To reserve your trailer:
    A $250 refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit secures your rental date and guarantees availability.

    Remaining balance:
    The remaining rental balance will be charged once the trailer is delivered (or when your rental period officially begins). At that time, your $250 deposit converts to your refundable damage deposit.

    Refunds:
    As long as the trailer is returned clean, undamaged, and free of prohibited items, your deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days after inspection.

    Cancellations:

    • Cancel 72+ hours before = full deposit refund
    • Cancel 24–72 hours before = 50% deposit refund
    • Cancel within 24 hours / no-show = deposit forfeited

    This “Pay Later” setup makes booking simple while ensuring your spot is fully secured.

  • Yes! We charge a simple daily rate with no mileage or hourly limits. For rentals of 7 days or longer, each additional day is 40% off the regular daily rate.

  • Our trailers are great for:

    • Gravel, mulch, and dirt (picked up from a supplier and delivered to one location)
    • Yard waste, brush, and storm debris
    • Bulky items or household junk headed to the dump

    We do not offer moving services, multiple drop-off locations, or hauling for hazardous materials. If you’re not sure whether your project qualifies, just reach out — we’ll be happy to let you know if it’s a fit.
